Liberty Enlightening the World
I built this Statue of Liberty model in December of 2000 for the Southland Mall in Marion, OH which they displayed for several months in 2001. It was surrounded by a a semi-circle of world flags. I had intended to build a second statue to be rented out for special occasions, and did build the base for it, but never finished the statue itself.
Liberty’s Dimensions:
- Height: 7′ 9″ (from floor to tip of torch, she fits in rooms with a typical 8′ ceiling)
- Base: 2′ x 2′ x 2′ (footprint of base is 2 feet square)
- Flag display: 6′ diameter ring
